I. Unified inbox (SMS, Email, FB, IG, WhatsApp)
Manage all conversations in one place:
① Go to Conversations.
② You'll see a unified inbox where you can respond to SMS, emails, and messages from Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
II. Two-way texting and automation
Manage all conversations in one place:
① Click on a conversation.
② Type your response and hit "Send".
③ To automate, set up SMS templates under Settings > Advanced Settings > Voicemail & Missed Call Text back.
III. Using templates
Templates streamline communication:
① Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Voicemail & Missed Call Text back
② Click on "Customize" and write your message.
③ Use this template in conversations to save time.
