How does Monika understand and respond to users?
Monika uses natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to understand and respond to users. When a user inputs a request, monika analyses the words and phrases they use to determine their intent and extract relevant information from the request.
To generate an appropriate response, monika relies on a pre-built library of responses to frequently asked questions or requests. If I can't find an answer in my library, I will escalate the request to a human assistant who will take care of it.
