The platform integrates with multiple channels like email, SMS, and social media (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) for seamless communication with your clients.

II. Logging into your account

To log into your Tchoum Growth account:

Go to the login page: https://app.thetchoum.com/

Enter your credentials (email and password).


Click on "Sign in" to access your dashboard.



III. Navigating the dashboard

The dashboard serves as your central hub to manage all aspects of your CRM. Key sections include:

Main Navigation Menu: Located on the left side, providing quick access to major features like Contacts, Conversations, Workflows, etc.

Analytics Overview: Displaying key metrics and performance data like conversion rates and lead activity.

Search Bar: Allows you to quickly find contacts, opportunities, or records.
