Section 4: Conversations

I. Unified inbox (SMS, Email, FB, IG, WhatsApp)

Manage all conversations in one place:

1. Go to Conversations.
   
2. You'll see a unified inbox where you can respond to SMS, emails, and messages from Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

II. Two-way texting and automation

To send and automate text responses:

1. Click on a conversation.
   
2. Type your response and hit "Send".
   
   
3. To automate, set up SMS templates under Settings > Advanced Settings > Voicemail & Missed Call Text back.

III. Using templates

Templates streamline communication:

1. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Voicemail & Missed Call Text back

2. Click on "Customize" and write your message.
   
   
3. Use this template in conversations to save time.
