Section 6: Contact Management


The Contacts section of Growth is designed to help you organize, track, and interact with your clients and prospects efficiently.

I. Access the Contacts Section

Log in to your Growth account : Log in to your account on the Growth platform.

Navigate to the Contacts section : In the main menu, click on "Contacts" to access your full contact list.




II. Add a New Contact

Click on "Add Contact": In the Contacts section, click the "Add Contact" button.



Fill in the Contact Information :

First and Last Name : Enter the full name of the contact.

Email Address : Enter a valid email address.

Phone number : Enter the contact's phone number.

Other Information : Add additional details such as the address, company, position, etc.





Save the Contact : After filling in the necessary information, click "Save" to add the contact to your database.



III. Import Contacts in Bulk

If you have a list of contacts to import, Growth makes it easy to import them in bulk via a CSV file.

Prepare the CSV File:

Make sure your file is in .csv format and each column corresponds to a contact field (e.g., name, email, phone).

Include a header row to identify each column.

Import the File:

In the Contacts section, click on Import Contacts.



Upload your CSV file by clicking on Choose a file.



Select the appropriate import options, such as creating new contacts or updating existing ones.





Map the Fields:

Make sure each column in your CSV file is correctly mapped to the corresponding field in Growth.

Adjust the mappings if necessary.




Finalize the Import:

After verifying the mappings, click on Import to add the contacts to your database






IV. Document and Contract Management within Contacts

Growth offers the ability to manage documents and contracts directly associated with each contact.

Access a Contact :

In the contact list, click on the name of the relevant contact to open their detailed profile.

Manage Documents :

Click on the Document Management icon. You can view associated documents, download them, or copy the link to the sent documents.


V. Bulk Actions on Contacts

Growth allows bulk actions for more efficient management.

Select the Contacts :

Check the boxes of the contacts you want to perform a bulk action on.



Choose an action:

Click on the Bulk Actions button and select the desired action, such as adding or removing tags, sending SMS or emails, etc.



Note: Bulk actions make it easier to manage multiple contacts simultaneously.

VI. Using Smart Lists

Smart Lists allow you to segment your contacts based on specific criteria.

Create a Smart List :

In the Contacts section, use the filters to set segmentation criteria (e.g., contacts with a valid email address, hot leads, etc.).








After applying the filters, save the list as a Smart List for future use.



Note : Smart Lists help you target specific groups of contacts for marketing campaigns or personalized follow-ups.

VII. Updating Contact Information

It is essential to keep contact information accurate and up to date.

Edit a contact :

In the contacts list, click on the name of the contact you wish to edit.

Click on the Edit button and make the necessary changes.

Save the changes by clicking on Save.

Note: Regularly updating contact information ensures the effectiveness of your communications and marketing campaigns.**
