Section 7 : Calendars & Appointments
The Calendars feature in Growth enables efficient management of appointments and availability, providing a centralized interface to schedule and track client interactions.
I. Accessing Calendars
__Log in to your Growth account __: Log into your account on the Growth platform.
__Navigating to Calendars __: In the main menu, click on "Calendars" to access the overview of your calendars.
II. Types of Calendars
Growth propose différents types de calendriers pour s'adapter à vos besoins spécifiques :
Calendrier Individuel: Designed for a single user, ideal for freelancers or small businesses.
__Team Calendar (Group) __: Allows multiple users to collectively manage appointments, useful for teams collaborating on common projects.
__Service Calendar __: Associated with specific services, allowing the management of availability and bookings for each service offered.
III. Calendar Creation
Access the Calendar Settings :
- In the Calendars section, click on Settings.
Add a New Calendar:
- Click on "Create a Calendar."
- Choose the desired calendar type (Individual, Team, or Service).
Set up the Calendar Details:
- __Calendar Name __: Assign a distinctive name.
- __Description __: Provide a brief description of the calendar.
- Event Color: Select a color to differentiate events associated with this calendar.

- Save the changes : After filling in the required information, click on Save.
IV. Configuration of Availability
Weekly Working Hours:
- Set your recurring availability hours for each day of the week.
Date-Specific Hours :
- Adjust availability for specific dates, such as holidays or special events.

V. Appointment Management
- Booking Appointments : Clients can book available time slots through your calendar's public link.
- __Notifications __: Set up email or SMS reminders for you and your clients before appointments.
- __Integration with Google __: Automatically generate Google links for virtual appointments, streamlining the connection process.
