Section 9: Email & Sms Marketing

I. Creating campaigns
To create a new campaign:
- Go to Marketing > Campaign > Email Campaigns /Workflow Campaigns /Bulk action Campaigns
- Choose between an email , workflow or Bulk Action campaign, select your audience, and design your message.
II. Email/SMS templates
Create reusable templates for faster campaigns:
- Go to Marketing > Emails > Templates.
Create a new template with your design, including subject, content, and call to action.

III. A/B testing
Test multiple variations:
- Create two versions of your email or SMS campaign.
- Select "A/B Test" and compare the results to see which performs better.
To access A/B testing in Funnels:

- Go to Sites > Funnels
- Select the funnel you want to test
- Inside the funnel, you’ll see steps like "Step 1 - Landing Page"
- Next to the step, click the "Split Test" button (or “+ Variant”)
- You can:
- Clone the current page and edit it (Variant B)
- Set the traffic distribution (e.g., 50/50)
- Monitor the conversion rate between A and B
✅ This is used to test different headlines, layouts, CTAs, etc., to see which version performs better. **
